VLCTY Venture Studio operates the website at vlcty.ai. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you fill out a contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email, company, website, message, and how you found us. We do not collect anything else from form submissions.

We use standard web logs that record IP address, user agent, referrer, and timestamps for security and basic analytics. These logs are retained for 30 days and then deleted.

How we use it

We use contact-form submissions to evaluate engagement fit and to reply to you. We do not sell, rent, or share this information except with the service providers that run this site.

The droid chat is an AI model. What you type is sent to Anthropic, our AI provider, to write its replies. Under Anthropic's commercial terms it is deleted within 30 days (longer only where needed to enforce Anthropic's usage policy or where the law requires) and it is not used to train Anthropic's models. We keep no transcripts. Details you send to the team, from the chat or the contact form, go to our inbox, and a model sorts them by topic. The droid can remember the last page you read, in your browser's storage; “Forget my visits” in the chat menu clears it.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of any information you've sent us by emailing hello@vlcty.ai. We respond within 30 days.
