Built solo. Repeated until it was a model. Formalised as a studio.
VLCTY didn't begin as a venture studio. It began as someone building AI systems for companies that needed to move faster than their internal teams could take them.
One after another, the pattern repeated: identify the friction, architect the system, assemble, deploy, detach. Eventually the model was undeniable.
Every portfolio company was built from scratch, from the first reconnaissance call through to production deployment and revenue. Different verticals, different teams, different problems. Same underlying way of working.
The same orchestration patterns kept proving themselves. The same agent architectures. The same deployment pipelines. That shared backbone became LVNG: the platform every portfolio company now runs on.
Think of this as version two. The first version was the proof, companies built, launched, generating revenue. This one is the formalisation: a refined process, a platform that turns months of work into weeks, and a team ready to take on more operators.

We only work with people we like.
The studio is hyper-selective. Most engagements come through introductions. If we're the right studio for the work, the conversation will be easy.
